OPPORTUNITY

The Arizona Super Bowl Host Committee is responsible for planning and executing a successful Super Bowl LVII in 2023. Guiding principles of the Host Committee create a framework for achieving success and maximizing the positive impacts on Arizona communities:

The Host Committee works in partnership with the National Football League (NFL) and local & national stakeholders to create a positive experience for all attendees, including Arizona residents, local businesses & the hospitality community, 5,000+ credentialed media, 120,000+ visitors to Arizona, local and national sponsors as well as participating players and team personnel.

CURRENT OPENINGS

Marketing Manager

The Marketing Manager will assist the Head of Marketing with a variety of duties related to executing the marketing plan for the Arizona Super Bowl Host Committee. The ideal candidate should be organized, driven, able to work in a faced paced environment and possess strong creative and writing skills.

Responsibilities:

Manage contractor agreements and various projects
Design various marketing materials including social media posts, email and website graphics
Update website and social media platforms
Manage the communication plan for various content elements
Write content for emails, website, social posts and other communication
Traffic all outgoing advertisements
Track marketing elements for media partners
Maintain relationships with key stakeholders
Assist with post-event recaps for marketing programs
Other duties as assigned by Head of Marketing

Requirements:

3-5 years Marketing and Graphic Design experience
Ability to multitask and work under tight deadlines
Strong organizational skills
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Proficient in the Adobe Creative Suite
Experience with website design and WordPress
Team player and positive attitude
Ability to be proactive, solutions-oriented and respond well to direction
